Double Unders and Wall Balls

Try out this fun workout!

20 minute timer

Every minute on the minute you will complete 20 double unders with your speed rope. On minute 1 you will do 2 wall balls. On each minute after that add 2 more wall balls and continue until you run out of time during the workout!
