185 Rep Squat Workout

So you want to grow?  Try this!  Mike and I started this workout in late 2014 into 2015.  It's solid, and it's tough.  DO NOT go into this one lightly, you will regret it.  Get your mind right and hit this workout as described in the video for the gains you've been missing.  Let us know what you think!  Feedback is always welcome by email or in person!
