Workout of the Week

This will be a fun little workout to try. You have 4 rounds of work to complete in the least amount of time. You will be biking 1/2 mile, completing 10 thrusters 35# for men/ 18# for women using kettlebells, and 5 GHD situps. It's all in the video to follow, but send us your times by commenting on the YouTube video and subscibing to our channel! If you have questions, feel free to email us and we will answer them as promptly as possible! Be sure to keep your torso tight on the thrusters and no you do not have to go to full hyperextension on the GHD situps, parallel is fine. Tip: take small 10 second breaks when needed and get right back to the workout!
