Working the Triceps for a Superset

Do you want a killer tricep combo? Take a look at this close grip bench press and tricep press down superset. You can use a cable machine OR bands for the triceps on this. For overall strength and health (if you don't have specific body or competition goals) go for 3x10 on each one with about a minute of rest between sets. To really throw it into overdrive, do a final set of each one to burnout so that you're unable to do another repetition, otherwise known as an AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) set.
