Peanut Butter & Protein Recovery Balls

 We have always liked peanut butter for a post workout (or anytime) snack... here's a quick and easy way to get more for your money here!  Mix natural peanut butter, honey, and AdvoCare Post Workout Recovery (our favorite recovery mix) together and you get the above result!  You'll need two scoops of the Post Workout, 4 Tablespoons of peanut butter, and about 1 Tablespoon of honey.  Combine these in a bowl and begin to mix with a spoon.  You'll soon see that it will take your hands to mold these the rest of the way.  Mash the combo together until it becomes smooth like you see in the picture and then roll it out into small bite sized balls to enjoy for yourself or with someone else after the gym!  You get the carbs you need to recover and the protein you need to rebuild in one snack!  Enjoy and let us know what you think of this by emailing us or contacting us via the site!
