Banded Good Mornings

December 10, 2015

So you want to build a strong posterior chain to increase your lifts or make your butt look better?  Don't skip the good morning!  Now, while it can be done with a bar as well, today we will show you the movement with bands.... Keep the back tight and straight and don't round.  Once you round, you've gone too far.  You should only feel this in the glutes, hamstrings, and maybe a slight bit in the lower back.  Check it out and let us know how it goes!
