Post Workout Brownie


Want a Paleo dessert? Try this brownei in a mug next time you have a sweet tooth! Mix 2 tablespoons each of cocoa powder unsweetened, coconut oil, coconut flour, honey in a mug. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1 egg. About 2 tablespoons of water... Stir and microwave 1.5 minutes. If it's still not done in the middle, microwave in 10 second intervals. Eat while warm! Trust us you will love this one! It's a bit higher in calories, so we recommend sharing with a friend! It will be a great alternative to a lot of other desserts you could put in.
