Shoulders, Front and Lateral Raises

So you ladies want that shoulderless dress to look amazing and you guys are looking for a way to make the shoulders pop with muscular striations... using bands to failure can be an amazing way to make that happen! Both videos will detail the shoulder raise, to the front and the side. Use the bands and do 3-4 sets to failure with each motion, or you can superset it and go back and forth hitting one rep to the front then going to the side and continue swapping until failure. Either way, these are guaranteed to burn those shoulders out and ultimately help you build the lean muscle you need to make them look amazing! Until next time, #ProtectThisTemple
