Salmon Cakes
Ever had salmon cakes? No? Well you should! This is canned salmon mixed with Cavender's Greek seasoning and flour. You'll also want to saute some onions and peppers if you enjoy them and mix those in as well! You'll then pat them into small patties. Cook these in a non-stick skillet with some olive oil and you've got yourself a treat! Now, there's your protein. You're looking at about 10-20g of protein depending your portion size. You'll also be getting some fat here from the olive oil (10-14g) and some carbs in your flour (30g) so you can have around 250+ calories in your cakes. The sweet potato will provide another 150-200 calories in about 4g of protein, 40g of carbs and less than 1g of fat. The sting beans will give you another 50 calories with 2g of protein, 4g of carbs, and 12g of fat if they are sauteed in the olive oil as well. Hope you enjoy!
