Tire Flips, How To

Tire flips can look daunting to anyone, especially if you're new to the gym scene. However, they have several amazing benefits! They are great for getting your heart pumping while also building upper and lower body strength while engaging the core tremendously! I am attaching the video below to show you how to do these.
