So if you've ever tried to eat more healthy food options, I'm sure grilled chicken came across your plate... unfortunately for some people it was dry, chewy, and needed a good coating of BBQ sauce to make it palatable. Let me let you in on a little secret that will add a lot of flavor and drop off a lot of heartache. You need to soak that chicken for about 30 minutes before you grill it in 1 gallon of water and about 1/2 cup of salt. If you can soak it for an hour do it. You will draw moisture into the chicken so that it's a lot harder to overgrill it to the point of being a leather belt on your plate! If you have trouble seasoning your chicken just right, take some pointers from us. We douse the chicken in Worcestershire sauce and then sprinkle a little Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning on top of it as well. That's it... nothing more. Try this for your next grilled chicken extravaganza and you will be sure to thank us! Until next time, #ProtectThisTemple
