Strength Game, Deadlifts!
Alright, so the deadlift... oh how important is this movement in the quest for a strong back, traps to die for, and just to be a better human! With proper form, I don't think any movement except the squat is better for the connective tissues and for central nervous system engagement. Let's not even talk about how awesome you look holding double your bodyweight or for some crazies, up to 4 times their bodyweight! I want you to incorporate this deadlift session into your workouts this week. It will be for higher reps, so keep the form tight!
